WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 3-5 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Packages Delivery is with USPS.
When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service on our Contact Page or @ 818-660-6154
Can I make changes to my order?
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, some orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
May I return my order?
NO. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accomodate exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!
We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of "Perfect Winks".
May I make a exchange?
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (4) DAYS. The Perfect Winks hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you. Please contact us via the contact pacge or email for all exchanges.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS.
You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your excange with a tracking number because Perfect Winks will not be responsible for lost exchanges. We recommend that you USPS to send your return.
